About the project

The course aimed to conceptualize the history of a site, a monument, or a building on a map. The Citadel of Aleppo was a strategic point on the Silk Road for a long time. Its advantageous relief in defense and its water sources led to constructing a network of underground pipes, allowing global control of the city's water.
